WE'RE OPEN

In an effort to maintain staff and client health, we are placing the following protocols.

Please take a moment to review them! Also please review our updated hours on our website homepage. 

CONCIERGE SERVICE

Please CALL or TEXT (803) 732-3883 from your car when you arrive at check-in. We will come to get your pet while you wait in the car. The doctor will call you once the exam is performed to go over the recommendations.

INTROVERTS SERVICE

If your pet should require hospitalization, we ask that you refrain from visitation. We know how hard this request is, but, for your safety and the safety of our employees, we feel that this is the best way to limit exposure.

HOMEBOUND?

If you are unwell or prefer not to travel to the clinic, please consider staying home and sending a friend or family member with your pet.  If this is not possible, we will be rolling out a telemedicine service that will enable you to talk directly to one of our doctors during our regular business hours. GOT COOTIES?

NEW PRESCRIPTIONS AND REFILS

We can now ship medications to you directly from the clinic. In order to minimize unnecessary public contact, you may call our office to order prescription refills by phone.

Items will be shipped by the United States Postal Service. First-class shipments will be charged an additional $5.00 for shipping and handling, while priority shipments will be charged an additional $10.00 for the same. 

Payment by credit card will be accepted by phone. Requests placed and paid for by 4pm will be mailed the same business day.

Please note that we cannot ship food or refrigerated items at this time.
