Dr. Julianne Felton

I was born in Yukon, Oklahoma (BOOMER SOONER) but grew up in Lexington, SC. I elected to pursue a Bachelor of Science pre-veterinary degree at Clemson University upon graduation. I participated in many groups including Gamma Phi Beta sorority, the Clemson university dairy science group and was a part of the dairy show team. I went to UGA for veterinary school, where I mainly focused on large animals but never forgot my dogs and cats! I decided to return home to practice as a small animal practitioner. My favorite aspects of veterinary medicine would definitely be wound management, since I am always amazed with how the body can adapt and heal!

I currently live in Lexington, SC and have 2 cats, Castor & Pollux. I continue to practice my own large animal medicine with my Morgan mare, Soco. In my spare time, besides spending time with my animals and riding, I have become a very avid pickleball player (traveling to tournaments locally & far - including nationals) along with playing tennis and traveling.
